The Belgorod region of Russia was attacked by drones on the night of Thursday, December 26. Electricity was lost in several localities. The Russians have not reported on other consequences.
This attack was confirmed by the so-called governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov. According to him, the drones targeted the Grayvoron district.
He specified that the dropping of explosive devices damaged a power line. As a result, several localities were left without electricity.
"Residents of the villages of Hora-Podil, Gltovoe, Kozinka, Novostroivka-First, as well as the evacuated localities of Bezimenne and Novostroivka Second, are temporarily without power," Gladkov reported.
He added that emergency crews will begin restoration work after coordinating with the Russian Ministry of Defense. There have been no reports of injuries.
On December 25, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a command post of the 810th Marine Brigade of the Russian Army, which was located in an abandoned civilian building in the city of Lgov in Kursk region.
