Лавров назвал Зеленского "нацистом": в Министерстве иностранных дел Украины отреагировали на это заявление.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov made an anti-Semitic statement about President Volodymyr Zelensky. The Russian described him as a "Nazi and a traitor to the Jewish people." This remark was made during an interview with Russian propagandists.

"Zelensky is a pure Nazi and a traitor to the Jewish people," Lavrov stated.

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has already responded to these inappropriate remarks. The department's spokesperson, Georgiy Tikhiy, addressed the Israeli people on social media platform X.

"Such statements are not just insane. They must be called what they truly are: anti-Semitism. We urge Israel and Jewish organizations worldwide to condemn Lavrov's repeated and outrageous lies," he noted.

Lavrov's Statements

In 2022, Sergey Lavrov claimed in an interview with the Italian television company "Mediaset" that Adolf Hitler had Jewish blood. Furthermore, according to him, "the most ardent anti-Semites are usually Jews."

Recently, he also made a statement that effectively makes further peace negotiations impossible. He demands the return of the cities of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia to Russia, which, by the way, has never been occupied. Additionally, the Russian minister refers to the Russian Constitution, where it is unclear how it was recorded that the Zaporizhzhia region is included in the Russian Federation. Social media users are mocking this statement, suggesting that a similar referendum should be held in the Kursk region.
