In the Rostov region, the night of November 29 was loud. This Russian area was heavily attacked by drones. Under attack was the "Atlas" oil depot near the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky. This facility has been targeted by drones before, as it is part of the Russian military-industrial complex, supplying fuel to the enemy army.
The acting governor of the region, Yuri Slyusar, reported that the oil depot in the Rostov region is on fire. According to him, emergency services in the Kamensky district are extinguishing a large fire at the industrial site. A total of 109 personnel and 38 units of equipment are involved in combating the flames.
He also noted that the Rostov region experienced a massive drone attack on the night of November 29. Slyusar stated that air defense and electronic warfare systems destroyed and suppressed 30 UAVs in the northwest part of the region.
In the village of Masalivka in the Kamensky district, the roof of a private house was damaged; no one lived there permanently, so there were no casualties. In Dyachkino, Tarasivsky district, debris fell on a private property, damaging the windows of a residential house, but there were no fatalities or injuries.
At the same time, Russian Telegram channels SHOT, Mash, and Baza are publishing eyewitness accounts of the fire at the oil depot in the Kamensky district of the Rostov region. The reports refer to the Rosrezerv oil depot in the village of Molodyozhnoe. The oil depot is part of the Federal State Treasury Institution "Atlas Plant," managed by Rosrezerv in the Southern Federal District. It belongs to the Russian military-industrial complex, as it provides fuel for the enemy's army.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported in its regular morning update on UAV attacks that 47 Ukrainian drones were destroyed by air defense systems overnight:
Ukrainian drones are attacking Russian regions almost daily. For instance, on November 15, it was loud in the Krasnodar region of Russia. Drones heavily attacked the area for over two hours, targeting a military airfield in the city of Krymsk. Russians complained about numerous explosion sounds, and authorities confirmed that the drone strike was massive.
On November 13, drones attacked the Voronezh region. The UAVs damaged a non-production building of one of the enterprises. In the Belgorod region on November 12, a drone attacked an oil depot, causing an explosion and a fire.
In the Russian city of Saratov, it was also unsettled on November 11. Drones flew over the city, while Russians hurriedly closed the local "Gagarin" airport due to the drone threat. It seems that at least one was missed by the occupiers, as a plume of smoke rose high into the sky over Saratov.
