The Russians continue to launch massive shelling in the Zaporizhzhia region. Over the past day and into the morning of Thursday, November 7, the enemy struck the area 299 times. The occupiers targeted 14 key settlements. As a result of a series of attacks, residential buildings and critical infrastructure facilities have been damaged.
Regarding the consequences of the Russian attack on the Zaporizhzhia region, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported. He noted that the Russians shelled the settlements of Vasylkove, Luhove, Novodarivka, Vilnianka, Mala Tokmachka, and Omelnyk eight times.
Additionally, the Zaporizhzhia region has been heavily attacked by drones of various modifications. A total of 161 UAVs were recorded. The drones targeted Lobkove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Robotyne, Malynivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohirya, Novodarivka, and Olhivske.
The enemy used multiple launch rocket systems to carry out these attacks. Ten such shellings were recorded. The Russians targeted Robotyne and Novodarivka.
Russia also heavily shelled the settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region using heavy artillery systems. A total of 120 strikes were recorded. The enemy attacked Lobkove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodarivka, Robotyne, Olhivske, Bilohirya, Mala Tokmachka, and Malynivka.
According to Fedorov, as a result of these attacks, residential buildings and critical infrastructure have been destroyed. A total of 19 reports of destruction have been received. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
Russian troops are increasing their activity in the Zaporizhzhia direction. As reported by Ukrainian military journalist Bohdan Myroshnykov, the enemy has withdrawn a significant portion of reserves from the Polohy district, moving them closer to Kamianske and Orikhiv. Furthermore, there is a regrouping of troops towards Huliaipole. It is quite likely that Russia is preparing for a new offensive.
