This was reported by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov on Telegram. It is also known that there are three injured individuals.

"The hit occurred in the Kyiv district, targeting a residential apartment building," the mayor wrote.

According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, a balcony in the building caught fire. Rescuers are already on the scene.

"At this moment, there are three injured: a 21-year-old man, an 80-year-old woman, and a 50-year-old man. All have refused hospitalization for now," Terekhov later added.

Shelling of Kharkiv

On the evening of February 28, Russian occupiers launched several drones strikes on Kharkiv. The enemy targeted various districts of the city, including central areas. There was also a hit on the premises of a medical facility.

The number of injured has risen to seven. According to the Regional State Administration, there is a child among the wounded. Sixty bedridden patients were evacuated from the medical facility that was struck by the drone.

On the evening of Wednesday, February 5, Russian occupiers attacked Kharkiv with a drone again. The Kyiv district of the city was hit, where debris from the enemy UAV fell onto one of the largest local markets.
