In the U.S., Trump's "Plan B" has been revealed if Putin refuses to agree to end the war in Ukraine.

Elected by the American people, President Donald Trump has a backup strategy up his sleeve - a comprehensive "Plan B" in case Russian leader Vladimir Putin refuses to voluntarily end the war in Ukraine. While this plan does not promise an immediate resolution to the conflict, it suggests a total collapse of the Russian economy, which is slowly but surely heading toward disaster, with repercussions that will be felt by all Russians. The second component of Trump's "Plan B" involves significantly increasing military aid to Ukraine—potentially even doubling it—along with imposing stricter sanctions.
В США представили "план Б" Трампа на случай, если Путин не согласится остановить войну в Украине.

The president elected by the American people, Donald Trump, has a backup ace up his sleeve - he possesses a comprehensive "Plan B" in case Russian leader Vladimir Putin refuses to voluntarily end the war in Ukraine. This plan, of course, does not envision a 24-hour resolution to the conflict, but rather hints at a total collapse of the Russian economy, which will slowly and surely plunge into a chasm, the consequences of which will be felt by all Russians. A second component of Trump's "Plan B" involves significantly increasing military aid to Ukraine - even doubling it - and implementing stringent sanctions.

Regarding the fact that Trump has prepared a backup "Plan B" in case the "Plan A" for a 24-hour end to the war does not work, Republican Congressman and member of the U.S. House Armed Services Committee, Don Bacon, shared this with "24 Channel." According to him, if the Russian leader does not agree to end the aggressive war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the U.S. will begin tightening the screws through serious increases in anti-Russian sanctions and maximizing military assistance to Kyiv. The "cherry on top" will be the collapse of the Russian economy, to which the U.S. will not need to exert much effort.

"If the U.S. can increase natural gas production and lower gas prices - this will significantly impact Russia's military capabilities. The ruble is already falling, the Russian economy is on the brink of collapse, and the U.S. should push it further," Bacon explained.

The congressman states that the effects of the war should be felt by all Russians. This will occur as Trump escalates military support for Ukraine.

"Trump will strengthen support for Ukraine if Russia does not cease hostilities," the congressman says.

Bacon notes that the Russian mentality is vastly different - the Kremlin does not spare its people, throwing them into the "meat grinder" of war. The war of attrition against Ukraine is not benefiting them, so, according to Bacon, Trump must increase assistance.

Zelensky Met with Trump in Paris

On December 7, Volodymyr Zelensky met with Donald Trump in Paris. The latter arrived in the French capital for the opening of the legendary Notre-Dame (Cathedral of Notre-Dame de Paris) dressed symbolically - the elected U.S. leader wore a blue suit and a yellow tie. Following the meeting with Trump, Volodymyr Zelensky stated that it was productive and that Trump is determined. In Zelensky's view, peace through strength is possible. He added that the value of the meeting lies in the fact that partners heard Ukraine's clear position "not from third parties."

Trump himself stated ahead of the negotiations with Macron and Zelensky that "the world has gone a bit crazy" and plans to discuss this issue. Inside Notre-Dame, Trump approached to greet Zelensky once again. Additionally, when our President entered the cathedral, everyone applauded.
