In Kharkiv, following a strike from a Russian drone on a residential building, the number of injured has risen to eight. Among them is a six-year-old boy. All relevant services and volunteers are currently working at the site of the impact to assist.
This was reported by Mayor Ihor Terekhov and the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office via Telegram. The enemy strike occurred on the evening of Sunday, March 2nd.
The injured include five men and two women. Five individuals are experiencing acute stress reactions, including the child. Others have sustained abrasions, cuts from glass, and bruises.
The enemy targeted the fifth floor of the building. Debris from the hostile drone has been recovered at the scene. It has been confirmed that it was a "Geran-2" UAV.
On the evening of Sunday, March 2nd, Russian occupiers attacked Kharkiv with drones. One of the drones hit a residential high-rise building, causing a fire to break out.
"The impact occurred in the Kyiv district, hitting a residential apartment building," the mayor stated.
Additionally, the Russians launched several drone strikes on Kharkiv on the evening of February 28th. The enemy targeted various areas of the city, including central districts. There were also strikes on the premises of a medical facility.
The number of injured has increased to seven. According to the Regional State Administration (OVA), there is a child among the wounded. Sixty bedridden patients were evacuated from the medical facility that was hit by the drone.
On the evening of Wednesday, February 5th, Russian occupiers attacked Kharkiv with a drone again. The Kyiv district of the city was targeted, where debris from the hostile UAV fell onto one of the largest local markets.
