The man is accused of committing minor hooliganism. He visited the CNAP to obtain firewood for heating and caused a scene. This is stated in the ruling of the Mykolaiv District Court of Mykolaiv Oblast, published on February 28, 2023.
On January 31, 2023, the man was in the village council premises and engaged in a verbal altercation with another individual, during which he made verbal threats towards that person, thereby disturbing public order and the peace of citizens. At the court hearing, the citizen did not admit his guilt regarding the protocol drawn up against him and explained to the court that on January 31, 2023, he was in the village council premises, where he had a conflict over the issuance of firewood by the council.
"On January 31, 2023, the man entered the administrative building of the village council, went into the CNAP, and for unknown reasons began to use obscene language towards another person, threatening physical violence," the case materials state.
The victim recounted that a man came to her workplace stating that he wanted to receive firewood. He mentioned that he wanted to obtain firewood for residents who are abroad. She informed him that firewood is issued personally, with supporting documents. Following this, he began to behave insolently, using obscene language towards her and threatening physical violence.
The court found the man guilty of committing an administrative offense under Article 173 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (КУпАП). He was fined 51 hryvnias.
