The Russian Federation's army has heavily targeted the Zaporizhzhia region over the past day and into the morning of January 4. The enemy launched 341 strikes across 13 populated areas in the region. The attacks were carried out using drones, heavy artillery, multiple launch rocket systems, and aerial bombs. As a result of these assaults, one person was killed and another injured in the Vasylivka district.
Regarding the situation in the Zaporizhzhia region, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported that 13 populated areas were under enemy fire.
The Russians conducted airstrikes 14 times. Targets included Stepnohirs'k, Lobkove, P'yatykhatky, Mali Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, and Novodanilivka.
The enemy attacked with 177 drones of various types. The Russians targeted Bil'chen'ke, Kam'yanske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanilivka, Mali Tokmachka, Charivne, and Novodaryivka.
The enemy shelled with multiple launch rocket systems 24 times. The opponent struck Stepnohirs'k, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanilivka, and Mali Tokmachka.
The Russians fired 126 times using heavy artillery. The areas under attack included: Kam'yanske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanilivka, Mali Tokmachka, Charivne, and Novodaryivka.
According to Fedorov, there were 10 reports of damage to residential buildings and infrastructure as a result of the shelling.
