Dispatchers had quite an experience in Odessa as a woman harassed emergency services due to air raid alerts.

A woman from Odessa called emergency services 12 times in 3 hours, threatening them because she was cold in the shelter.
В Одессе женщина терроризировала спасателей ГСЧС во время воздушной тревоги, что вызвало смятение среди диспетчеров.

In Odessa, a local resident froze in the basement during an air raid alert and demanded that rescuers turn off the siren. This was reported by the State Emergency Service in the Odessa region.

"Our dispatchers often have a 'fun' time working, as we receive all sorts of calls. For more than 3 hours, the dispatchers of the State Emergency Service were in a shelter, handling numerous calls from citizens. A woman called us 12 times, threatening and shouting, 'turn off the alarm because it's cold in the basement.' Our specialists politely explained that the country is at war and the duration of the alert does not depend on the whims of the State Emergency Service," said the press service of the State Emergency Service of the Odessa region.

Rescuers added that they try to treat such demands with understanding and to handle all situations with a smile, including threats from individuals who do not realize that the true source of their anger is Russia.

Let us remind you that in the USA, a woman displayed incredible ingenuity by calling 911 at 4 a.m. to "order a pizza." In reality, she was signaling for help and indicating that she was in danger.
