"Rich kids" who played "I’m Russian" in central Kyiv claimed they called the police themselves (video).

Minors are posting bold messages on their social media, claiming they have been slandered and promising to provide comments to "a very major publication."
В центре Киева "мажоры", слушая "Я русский", сообщили, что сами вызвали полицию (видео).

Young individuals who sang the song "I am Russian" in downtown Kyiv and obstructed traffic claimed that they themselves called the police yesterday. A corresponding video was released on Instagram by one of the incident's participants, 17-year-old Andrei Dragan.

The young man published several audacious stories, promising to provide comments to "one very large publication," where he would explain his actions. Dragan asserts that the police's actions are allegedly orchestrated and that personnel from law enforcement agencies are involved. He vowed to disclose the instigators.

Journalist Denis Koshelnik stated that 17-year-old Andrei Dragan had previously been involved in a scandal. In the summer of 2024, he was held accountable under Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for singing Russian songs in public places. At that time, the court imposed a year of probation on him, and at the request of the SBU, he publicly apologized.

According to Koshelnik, another participant is Nikolai Tsymidan, the son of Petro Tsymidan, who was the mayor of the city of Lyman in the Donetsk region.

On their social media, Dragan and Tsymidan showcase a lavish lifestyle: expensive cars, watches, private security, and large sums of money in restaurants.

Also in the group was Anton Yutkin, the son of Vyacheslav Yutkin — a former KGB intelligence officer, who, according to Koshelnik, manages the hotel business in occupied Crimea, as well as BANKHOTEL in Lviv.

The journalist also asserted that one of the young men is the son of Dmitry Isayenko, a people's deputy from the banned OPZZh party, who was suspected in 2023 of attempting to seize an 8-hectare land plot in Kyiv.

However, Isayenko himself denied this information.

As a reminder, on January 10, a video surfaced on social media showing young people blocking traffic in downtown Kyiv while listening to the song by Russian propaganda artist Shaman "I am Russian."

On the same day, the police reported that they identified all participants in the video involving minors and added that once the investigation is complete, each of the six individuals will receive a legal assessment of their actions.
