The total losses of Russian troops since the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine amount to 732,350 personnel as of the morning of November 25. The overall losses of the Russian Federation for the day on November 24 were 1,610 occupiers (killed and wounded), according to the morning report from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is one of the highest figures since the start of the war. The occupiers are also experiencing significant losses in military equipment.
Ukrainian defenders noted that since the beginning of the war, as of the morning of November 25, the Russians have lost 29,948 units of automotive equipment. The losses of other Russian military equipment are also staggering:
It should be noted that in October 2024, the Russian Federation set an absolute record for personnel losses – 41,980 individuals. Given this, it is predicted that Russia's losses for 2024 will likely exceed the total losses from the previous two years of war.
On the Pokrovsk direction, on November 16, an expensive Russian electronic warfare complex "Borisoglebsk-2" was destroyed. The cost of such Russian equipment is around $200 million, and the occupiers have very few of them.
Ukrainian National Guard fighters in November destroyed a valuable Russian Buk-M1 surface-to-air missile system (approximately $10 million). A successful drone launch was credited to the strike UAV unit of the 27th Pechersk Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine. This was reported by Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko.
Over the past 14 days (one week in November and one week in October), fighters from the Special Operations Center "A" of the Security Service of Ukraine carried out a series of successful attacks on Russian multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) "Grad". Thanks to the skillful use of strike drones, Ukrainian special forces destroyed 16 units of this equipment, along with their crews. This significantly weakened Russia's ability to shell Ukrainian cities and towns and clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of their operations.
As a result of a massive drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on October 23, another mobile radar station of the occupiers was lost in Crimea. The enemy's radar was damaged by a drone that fell on it. Consequently, the enemy's equipment decreased by one more unit. This critical radar for the occupiers was damaged in Olenivka, where one of the occupiers' air defense bases is located.
