A woman committed a minor act of hooliganism. She threw nails at DTEK employees. This is stated in the ruling of the Zavodskyi District Court of Dnipro (the court's legal name), published on August 15, 2023.
On May 10, 2023, at 11:00 AM, the woman, while at the address: Kamyanske, Stasova St. 95, committed a minor act of hooliganism by throwing nails at DTEK employees, which constituted an administrative offense under Article 173 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (KUPAP). She did not appear at the court hearing and did not provide reasons for her absence.
"The court considers that the offense provided for in Article 173 KUPAP falls into the category of offenses for which the presence of the person subject to administrative liability at the court hearing is mandatory, according to part 2 of Article 268 KUPAP," the case materials state.
The administrative case against the woman for committing an administrative offense under Article 173 KUPAP was closed. The term for bringing her to administrative responsibility has expired.
"As evidenced by the materials of the case regarding the administrative offense, the woman committed the administrative offense stipulated in Article 173 KUPAP on May 10, 2023, which is more than three months ago. Thus, the term for bringing her to administrative responsibility for committing the administrative offense stipulated in Article 173 KUPAP has now expired. Considering the above, based on Articles 38 and 247 KUPAP, the court concluded that the proceedings in the case of the administrative offense concerning the citizen for committing an administrative offense under Article 173 KUPAP should be closed due to the expiration of the terms provided for in Article 38 KUPAP at the time of the case review," the court emphasized.
