There are instances when the mobile application "Reserve+" lacks information about deferrals from mobilization, even though the individual possesses the relevant document. This indicates that the data has not been entered by the operator of the TCC and SP into the Unified Register of Conscripts "Oberih". This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitization, Yekaterina Chernogorenko, during a telethon.
She added that "Reserve+" reflects everything that the TCC operator will input into the "Oberih" registry. If a citizen has a deferral document in hand, but it is missing in the corresponding application, it means that the TCC operator has not entered the data into the registry. In this case, one should contact support services. After that, the operator will input the data into the registry, and it will be displayed in "Reserve+".
Yekaterina Chernogorenko mentioned that when ordering deferrals through "Reserve+", the operator's services are not required.
"As soon as you request this deferral, we check it in other registries. For example, in the registry of civil status acts, if it concerns parents of many children, and we immediately compile the result in "Oberih", and within two to three seconds, you see it in "Reserve+". Yesterday, we added a third type of online deferral in "Reserve+" — for parents of many children. Initially, this is for those who have three or more minor children in one marriage," — she emphasized.
The Deputy Minister of Defense explained that this is related to synchronous operations with other registries. Additionally, this information must be obtained from the State Register of Civil Status Acts of the Ministry of Justice. She added that to use the deferral, one needs to log in to the mobile application "Reserve+", upload the military registration document, and submit a request through the appropriate menu item. After "a few clicks and a bit of waiting, the deferral status will automatically appear in the military registration document," noted Yekaterina Chernogorenko. More than 150,000 people have already utilized this service via smartphone.
