Russian propaganda figure and Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev has made another round of nuclear threats. He is outraged by the reports in Western media about the potential return of nuclear weapons to Ukraine. Medvedev claims that if this occurs, it would be considered an act of aggression against Russia.

Medvedev issued another set of threats on his Telegram channel. He stated that world leaders are supposedly seriously discussing the implications of transferring nuclear weapons to Kyiv.

"American politicians and journalists are seriously discussing the consequences of transferring nuclear weapons to Kyiv. It seems that my sad joke about the crazy, senile Biden, who decided to exit life in a grand manner by taking a significant part of humanity with him, is turning into a frightening reality," Medvedev wrote.

According to him, the mere threat of transferring nuclear weapons to Ukraine could be seen as preparation for a nuclear conflict with Russia. The actual transfer of weapons, as the propagandist claims, could be equated to an act of aggression against Russia.

"The consequences are clear," Medvedev warned.

Return of nuclear weapons to Ukraine: what is known

Some Western officials are considering the possibility of returning nuclear weapons to Ukraine as a means of ensuring security against future conflicts. This was reported on November 21 by The New York Times, citing its own sources.

The Daily Mail also suggested that the U.S. might contemplate transferring nuclear weapons to Ukraine to guarantee its security. Meanwhile, advisor to the head of the President's Office Mykhailo Podolyak emphasized that Ukraine's goal is not to acquire nuclear weapons, but to achieve peace and eliminate Russia as an aggressor to ensure long-term security.
