An assistant to a deputy from Kryvyi Rih was involved in a car accident in Odesa. Reports online indicate that drugs were found in his possession, and he was sent to the military recruitment office. It turned out that he held a certificate as an assistant to a deputy of the Kryvyi Rih City Council. Throughout 2024 alone, he had five protocols issued against him for driving under the influence.
According to police, the driver of the Audi crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a Volkswagen. After the accident, he did not respond to the patrol officers' requests and showed signs of drug intoxication.
"During a superficial check, the patrol officers discovered a package containing presumably plant-based substances of a narcotic origin, as well as a grenade replica," the police reported.
We called in investigators to the scene. The vehicle was towed away. Additionally, a number of administrative materials were compiled against the driver. The police also added that the perpetrator of the accident was taken to the TCC, as he was wanted under Article 210 (Violation of military registration rules) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.

Odesa activist and head of the "Public Safety Council," Mark Hordiienko, wrote on his Facebook page that this assistant to the deputy from Kryvyi Rih crashed into his brother's car. The assistant attempted to flee the scene, locked himself in the vehicle, and ignored the police demands for an hour before he was apprehended.
"An intoxicated Rih-based monster crashed head-on into my brother's car. Why monster? This 'handsome' has five protocols for driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and that’s just for the year 2024," he wrote.
According to Mark Hordiienko, during the inspection of the at-fault driver's vehicle, not only were bags containing substances resembling drugs found, but there were also kilogram packages of black caviar.

Seventeen-year-old Arsenii Bezsonov, who was in the BMW, runs a social media channel and frequently posts videos of himself driving this car, although by age he is not yet eligible for a driver’s license.
In Khmelnytskyi on November 18, a driver of a BMW X6, after colliding with other vehicles, crashed into a bus stop and killed three pedestrians. He was driving under obvious signs of intoxication. The police apprehended him at the scene.
