During the morning attack on November 21, Russian military launched a total of 9 missiles at Ukraine. For the first time, an intercontinental ballistic missile was deployed, as had been warned the day before, along with the "Kinzhal" and X-101 missiles. As a result of the air battle, the air defense units of the Air Forces destroyed six X-101 missiles. Regarding the other missiles, there were no significant consequences, according to the Air Forces.
"Currently, there is no information about casualties or injuries. We once again urge citizens not to ignore air raid signals! We also call on all media personnel and bloggers to responsibly disseminate information regarding the combat operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and any threats to the Ukrainian state," the statement reads.
On the night of Thursday, November 21, Russia deployed six Tu-95MS bombers into the air. An air alert was declared across all of Ukraine.
In addition, the enemy attacked Dnipro in the morning with ballistic missiles of unspecified types from the Voronezh region and "Kinzhal" missiles from the Astrakhan region, where MiG-31K aircraft were flying. In Dnipro, due to enemy actions, there is damage to an industrial enterprise, and two fires broke out. This was reported by OVA head Serhiy Lysak. Two people are known to be injured—one 57-year-old man received assistance on site, while a 42-year-old woman was hospitalized.
The mayor of Dnipro, Filatov, later clarified that as a result of the shelling, the building of a rehabilitation center for the disabled was affected. A boiler house was destroyed, and windows were shattered.
