The number of injured in Zaporizhzhia has increased following the attack on January 8. As of the morning of January 9, a total of 113 individuals have been reported as victims, with some in critical condition. The death toll remains unchanged at 13.

This information was shared by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov. According to him, 10 out of the 113 injured are in serious condition.

Currently, 59 people are hospitalized. Among the victims is a 13-year-old child.

The police added that in Zaporizhzhia, as a result of the January 8 attack, 36 vehicles were damaged, including a tram and two minibuses, as well as three administrative buildings and a residential apartment block. The police have registered 163 reports from citizens regarding injuries and property damage. Emergency rescue operations in the city have been completed.

Explosions in Zaporizhzhia occurred around 4:00 PM on January 8. In particular, the enemy struck residential areas with two KABs.

The impacts took place in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city, east of the center, in a densely populated area and near a transportation junction. The aggressor's target was likely an industrial enterprise located nearby, as confirmed by OVA head Fedorov. However, most of the injured were innocent bystanders.
