As a result of a terrorist shelling by the Russian army on November 21, there are significant damages to the rehabilitation center for individuals with disabilities in Dnipro, as well as to local businesses. Several fires broke out in the city. Information regarding the casualties is being clarified.

Dnipro's mayor, Boris Filatov, reported that the Russians damaged the rehabilitation center for people with disabilities. The mayor noted that the center's boiler room was destroyed due to the enemy's attack, and windows were shattered by the shockwave. According to Filatov, information about casualties from the Russian strike is being updated.

On his part, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Serhiy Lysak, reported that one of the enterprises in Dnipro was damaged. Fires also broke out as a result of the attack.

Lysak added that around 11 explosions were heard in Dnipro and the regional center. The Air Forces reported that the enemy used various types of missiles for the attack, ranging from cruise missiles to hypersonic ones.

On the evening of November 2, an explosion was heard in Dnipro. The Russian strike targeted the Dnipro district, as clarified by the head of the Regional State Administration, Serhiy Lysak. The enemy attack caused damage to infrastructure and resulted in injuries.

As a result of three Russian missile strikes on Dnipro on October 25, five people were killed. Emergency rescue operations at the site of the destroyed building concluded late on October 26. Another 21 individuals, including four children, sustained injuries. Two people were rescued from the rubble of the collapsed building.

Additionally, the occupiers launched ballistic missiles at Ukraine on the night of Friday, September 27. Powerful explosions were heard in Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia just minutes after the air raid alert was announced. There were hits accompanied by fires.
