В Минобороны рассказали о новой функции в Армия+: она крайне важна для военнослужащих.

The functionality of the “Army+” application continues to expand. Military personnel who have submitted requests for a change of duty station will now be able to see the order number for their transfer in the app. Notifications will be sent automatically.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. It is noted that to access the new feature, users only need to update the application to the latest version. Military personnel who are just submitting requests will receive notifications with the order number automatically. However, those who received approval for their transfer earlier will need to contact support.

"For military personnel who are just submitting requests, the notification with the order number will arrive automatically along with the information about the transfer approval. As for defenders who have already received approval for their transfer but do not have information about the formation of the corresponding order, they need to contact support in the 'Menu' section," the message states.

The ministry emphasized that within 10 days of the service's operation, military personnel submitted 4,500 requests for a change of duty station through "Army+". Of these, 4,200 have been processed by the Personnel Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and 900 have already received approval. The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization, Kateryna Chernohrenko, added that this function is crucial for our military, as having the order number significantly speeds up the entire transfer process.

"Thanks to the update, our defenders can now immediately see the details of the order. It may seem like a minor change, but having the order number accelerates the entire transfer process without the need to regularly clarify information with the unit," she emphasized.

“Army+” Application

According to the Ministry of Defense's statistics, over three months of the “Army+” application’s operation, 415,000 military personnel have registered, who have submitted 26,000 requests. It is worth noting that 17 types of requests are currently available, including for leave, financial assistance, and obtaining a service record.

It is known that to submit a request, a military personnel member will need a ticket or officer’s ID and a recommendation letter from the unit they plan to transfer to. Additionally, a medical commission's conclusion may be required for transfers due to health reasons. Command approval is not necessary. The request is automatically sent to the Personnel Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where it is reviewed within 72 hours.

Earlier, Informator reported that the “Reserve+” application launched an online deferral from mobilization. This service is available to students, postgraduates, doctoral candidates, and persons with disabilities. However, this service is currently unavailable for parents of multiple children. It is expected that this new service will ease the workload of military recruitment centers and reduce waiting times.

It was also reported that a new feature is planned to be introduced in the “Reserve+” mobile application that will allow online payment of fines for violations of military registration rules. This is intended to make the process more convenient for citizens.
