On November 19, President Volodymyr Zelensky presented the "Plan for the Internal Resilience of the Country" to the Verkhovna Rada. On November 25, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov, discussed its implementation in the region during a telethon.
Within the frameworks of the "Human Capital" and "Security" sections, projects in the medical field are being developed. One of the most ambitious and significant is the construction of the underground medical complex "Ark" at the Kharkiv Regional Clinical Hospital.
"This will be the first underground hospital in Ukraine, providing high-quality medical services in the safest possible conditions. For our border region, ensuring the safety of the population from enemy strikes is paramount. At the same time, more than 2000 people will be able to receive medical services there," — explained Synegubov.
The head of the regional administration also provided an update on the situation in the Kharkiv region. Evacuations continue — nearly 5000 people have been evacuated from the Kupiansk direction, and over 2400 from Borivske. More than 7300 residents remain in the populated areas, with approximately 2100 local inhabitants in total. The official assured that people are being provided with everything necessary — from food and warm clothing to temporary housing and financial assistance.
"We urge residents from certain areas to evacuate to safer territorial communities in the Kharkiv region. Do not neglect your life and the safety of your loved ones," — added Synegubov.
We remind you that on the night of November 25, a Russian sabotage and reconnaissance group attempted to break into the Kharkiv region near the Derhachi community. The Defense Forces stopped the enemy, eliminating part of the saboteurs, while others fled.
Additionally, that night, DeepState reported that the Russian Armed Forces advanced near two populated areas in the Kupiansk direction.
