In Ukraine, emergency power outages have been implemented in some regions due to a missile attack.

In Ukraine, on Thursday, November 21, the situation with electricity worsened following a morning attack. Emergency power outages have been implemented in Kyiv, as well as in the Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, and Donetsk regions. Additionally, emergency shutdowns are currently in effect in three other regions.

In Ukraine, on Thursday, November 21, following a morning attack, the situation with electricity worsened. Emergency power outages were introduced in Kyiv, as well as in the Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, and Donetsk regions. Emergency outages are also in effect in three other regions.

DTEK reported on the emergency power outages. They stated that, upon the directive of Ukrenergo, emergency power cuts are being implemented in the capital, Kyiv region, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, and Donetsk.

"We will promptly inform you on our Telegram channel in case of any changes," DTEK stated.

In the Chernihiv region, emergency power outages have been introduced. Chernihivoblenergo announced that, following the instructions from Ukrenergo, emergency outage schedules were implemented in the region starting from 07:00. Emergency power cuts are also in place in Zhytomyr and Sumy regions.

Attack on November 21

Russia launched six Tu-95MS bombers into the sky on the night of Thursday. An air alert was declared across the entire territory of Ukraine.

Additionally, the enemy attacked Dnipro in the morning with ballistic missiles of unspecified type from the Voronezh area and "Kinzhal" missiles from the Astrakhan area, where MiG-31K jets were deployed. In Dnipro, there were damages to an industrial facility due to enemy attacks, resulting in two fires. This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak.
