On the morning of Friday, November 22, during the declared air raid alert, the armed forces of the Russian Federation struck a residential neighborhood in the city of Sumy. This was reported by the regional military administration.

The city council reported that due to the ongoing efforts to address the consequences of the enemy strike, traffic on Svobody Avenue has been closed.
