Ukrainian forces have eliminated an additional 1,420 Russian occupiers in the past day. As a result, on Saturday, November 23, Russian losses in the war in Ukraine have surpassed 729,000 soldiers. In addition to enemy personnel, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed a significant amount of enemy armored vehicles.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on the new combat losses of the adversary. It was noted that during the past day, November 22, Ukrainian fighters managed to destroy over 20 artillery systems, 36 armored vehicles, 20 tanks, and three units of special equipment.
A day ago, on November 22, the General Staff reported the elimination of another 1,050 Russian soldiers. Additionally, one air defense system and one rocket artillery system were destroyed.
Furthermore, the Informant reported that the Russian army suffered the highest number of personnel losses throughout October 2024. Admiral and Commander of the British Armed Forces Tony Radakin believes that the occupiers faced around 1,500 soldiers killed and wounded daily.
The admiral considers that last month was the worst for the invaders in terms of losses. He emphasized that the Russians are paying an "unprecedented price" for Putin's invasion of Ukraine. At the same time, he acknowledged that Russia is achieving tactical and territorial gains that are putting pressure on Ukraine.
