In the past day, there were over 200 battles on the front lines, primarily in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove areas, according to the General Staff's update on the situation.

In the last 24 hours, there have been 224 combat clashes between Ukrainian defense forces and Russian occupiers at the front. The enemy launched several massive attacks. Additionally, the occupiers conducted over four thousand artillery shellings, including 142 attacks using multiple launch rocket systems. The Russians also attempted to dislodge the Armed Forces of Ukraine from their positions in the Grigorivka area in the Sever direction, but to no avail.

This information is detailed in the report from the General Staff dated November 27. It states that the occupiers launched a missile strike on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas, as well as 45 airstrikes, dropping 76 guided aerial bombs (GAB).

The enemy concentrated its aerial attacks on regions such as Bilovody, Spaske in the Sumy region, Pytomnyk, Vysoka Yaruha, Kurylivka in Kharkiv Oblast, as well as Ivanivka, Lyman, Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Pokrovsk, Kurakhove, Uspenivka, Komar in Donetsk Oblast, and Temyrivka in Zaporizhia Oblast.

What is the situation at the front

Over the past day in the Kupiansk direction, Russian troops conducted 18 attacks, actively attempting to breach defenses in the areas of Grigorivka, Zelenyi Hai, Zahryzove, Senkove, Kolisknyk, Synkivka, and Andriivka. Thanks to the coordinated actions of the Defense Forces, the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully repelled all the aggressor's assault actions.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy carried out 21 attacks. The occupiers attempted to advance in the areas of Hrekivka, Druzhkivka, Chernishchyna, Makiivka, Terniv, Torsk, and the Serebryansky forestry. However, our fighters did not allow the enemy to strengthen their positions in this area.

In the Sever direction, the enemy also tried to push Ukrainian units from their positions in the Grigorivka area. However, this assault, like others, turned out to be futile.

Yesterday in the Kramatorsk direction, there were 13 assault attacks from Russian units. The enemy attempted to breach the defenses of Ukrainian forces in the areas of the settlements of Chasiv Yar, Stupochky, Bila Hora, and Predtechyne.

In the Toretsk direction, the enemy actively used bomber aviation. The occupiers carried out six attacks on the areas of Diliivka, Shcherbynivka, and Tork.

In the Pokrovsk direction, the defense forces halted 59 assault and offensive actions by the occupiers. The enemy attempted to advance in the directions of Myroliubivka, Krasnyi Yar, Lysivka, Dachenske, Chumatske, Pustynka, and Novyi Trud. The highest concentration of observers was noted near the settlement of Promin.

In the Kurakhiv direction, Ukrainian troops repelled 46 assaults, inflicting serious losses on the enemy. The enemy actively used aviation to strike populated areas. The Russians concentrated their main offensive efforts in the areas of Dachne, Novodmytrivka, Kurakhove, Dalnie, Katerynivka, Yelizavetivka, Hanivka, Antonivka, Berestki, Zori, and Sonsivka.

In the Vremivka direction, the enemy assaulted our positions near Trudove, Kostiantynivka, Rozdilne, Novoandriivka, Veselyi Hai, Rozliv, and Rivnopil 17 times. In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no formations of enemy offensive groups were detected.

At the same time, on the border with the Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy actively employs artillery and aviation to shell Ukrainian populated areas.

Additionally, the operation in the Kursk region continues. The Russians conducted 263 artillery shellings, five using multiple launch rocket systems. Furthermore, the enemy struck 22 times from the air, dropping 30 guided aerial bombs.

Where is the situation the most difficult

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated during a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff that the Kurakhiv direction is currently one of the most challenging on the front. He also noted the threats arising in the Zaporizhzhia direction, but emphasized that the situation is under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ukrainian troops are actively maintaining territorial control and preventing the enemy from implementing its further plans. The head of state paid special attention to the operation in the Kursk region.

According to the analytical group DeepState, the Russian army has fully occupied two new settlements — Katerynivka and Yuriyivka. The enemy has also advanced in nine other settlements in Donetsk Oblast.

It is worth mentioning that the Russians occupied Novoselidivka and Petrivka in Donetsk Oblast. There were also reports that near Pokrovsk, the Russians executed five captured Ukrainian soldiers.
