The territorial recruitment centers cannot mobilize reserved employees from critically important enterprises. The information circulating in the media regarding such an opportunity does not reflect reality. The incident that occurred in Mykolaiv on January 5 was an exception, not a standard practice.

This was stated by Major of Justice, assistant head of the legal department, head of the legal service of the Mykolaiv TCK and SP, Tetiana Kiyko, in a comment to "Ukrinform." According to her, the incident in the Mykolaiv TCK and SP, where the military enlistment office canceled the reservation for a reserved employee, was linked to technical issues in document circulation.

"The information spreading across the internet does not fully correspond to reality... According to subparagraph 2 of paragraph 12 of CMU Resolution No. 76 dated January 27, 2023, which was in effect at that time, a deferral is subject to cancellation in the event of 'completion of the mobilization task (order) by the enterprise, institution, organization, or its cancellation.' This resolution also established that through the Unified State Register of conscripts, military personnel, and reservists, there was an automatic cancellation of reservations for military personnel of the aforementioned enterprise," she noted.

Kiyko added that the officials of the Mykolaiv RTC and SP did not take into account the fact that despite the cancellation of the (erroneous) reservation, the enterprise was recognized as critical. Therefore, a service inspection will be conducted regarding the violation.

"In other words, all details will be clarified, and this issue will be resolved moving forward," the military official assured.

It should be noted that on January 5, MP Oleksandr Fedienko reported that TCK began to mobilize previously reserved employees. This incident took place in Mykolaiv, where a man who was reserved and had a deferral from conscription was called up to the military. In this case, it is impossible to demobilize the man.
