The Air Command reported that Russian drones launched in four groups from the regions of Oryol, Kursk, Millerovo (Rostov Oblast, near Luhansk), and Primorsk-Akhtarsk (Krasnodar Krai). The defense forces managed to shoot down 88 Shahed kamikaze drones. Additionally, another 41 devices were reportedly lost locally, likely due to the actions of the electronic warfare (EW) systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, while one returned to Russian territory. In total, 130 out of 132 Russian UAVs failed to reach their targets.

The Air Forces reported that they were monitoring the Russian drone attack, which began around 18:30 on November 28. In a Telegram channel, they warned about the appearance of "Shaheds" that entered from the Sumy region. Subsequent messages detailed the movement of UAVs towards Kyiv, Poltava, Odesa, and Mykolaiv: the alarm lasted from three to seven hours, depending on the region.
In the Kyiv Regional Military Administration (OVA) and city authorities reported on the debris of Shaheds that damaged a children's clinic in the Dnipro district of the capital. One person, a security guard, was injured. A fire broke out, and emergency services were called, according to official reports. Furthermore, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko mentioned at 0:07 wrote that there were certain damages from debris in the Svyatoshyn district: an infrastructure facility was affected.

4 5The Odesa OGA and its head Oleg Kiper confirmed the Russian attack on the night of November 29. According to statements from officials, the Russians damaged residential buildings, outbuildings, and vehicles. Additionally, railway infrastructure and a gas pipeline were affected, the official explained. Seven people were injured: four were taken to the hospital, one woman is in serious condition, and the others have moderate injuries. In photos published by the National Police, we see a fire at the impact site: burning houses and firefighters extinguishing the flames.
6 7The Cherkasy OGA and its head Igor Taburets reported in the morning of November 29 that 19 Shahed kamikaze drones were shot down over the region, which is nearly a quarter of the total downed by air defense. Officials have no information on injuries or destruction.
8The Sumy OVA wrote in their Telegram channel that the Defense Forces neutralized six Shaheds: no further details were provided.
Leaders of the Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions reported the start and end of the alarm but did not mention the work of air defense.
It is noteworthy that on the eve, on November 28, the Russian Armed Forces launched 188 munitions of various types at Ukraine: Shaheds, unidentified type UAVs, X-59 missiles, S-300s, Kalibrs, and X-101s. Air defense managed to shoot down 114 Russian munitions. The regions of Lviv, Rivne, Volyn were affected, and Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko reported on the 11th mass strike by the Kremlin against Ukrainian energy.
