According to preliminary information, the substance in question is TNT. The SBU of the Rivne region announced the execution of a large-scale special operation and the detention of two terrorists. Law enforcement successfully prevented any terrorist actions.

Additionally, on February 3, the SBU officially reported the detention of an FSB agent in the Rivne region, a 23-year-old unemployed individual who was planning to blow up a railway.
