At the same time, the Horskiv Village Council (Boryspil District) also warned residents about possible power outages.
"In Martsusivka, Revne, and Zatyshne, on October 31 from 09:00 to 19:00, the DTEK Kyiv Regional Electric Networks will conduct preventive maintenance," the message states.
The Kalynivka Village Council (Brovary District) also reported power outages on October 31. Thus, there will be no electricity from 08:30 to 19:30 in Kalynivka, Bahrine, Khlepche, Dibrova, and Velyka Soltanivka.
Additionally, the Chabanivka Village Council (Fastiv District) informed that on November 1, power supply is scheduled to be cut from 8:00 to 20:00 in the village of Chabany on the streets of Mashynobudivnykiv and Odesa Highway, as well as in the village of Novoselky on the streets of Instytutska and Soniashna.
The Krasylivka Village Council (Brovary District) announced that on November 2, from 9:00 to 18:00, there will be a power outage in the village of Krasylivka due to preventive work aimed at enhancing the reliability of power supply and preventing emergencies.
On the Dymerska community page (Vyshgorod District) on Facebook, it was stated that on November 2, from 09:00 to 19:00, there will be a power outage in the village of Demidiv on the streets: Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, Kyivska, Nyzhnii Val, and Shevchenko.
We remind you that on October 28, emergency power outages were partially introduced in Ukraine. This applies to the Sumy region, which has been affected by Russian shelling.
Moreover, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, stated that Ukrainians should prepare for a complete blackout this winter. He does not rule out the possibility of power outages at water pumping stations and major boiler houses. The region is preparing to sustain life using cogeneration units and generators.
