The taxi service in Odessa received an order for transportation of ten people in a minibus, for which the client was willing to pay 1,000 UAH. The person who contacted the service promised that they would provide fuel and that the taxi driver would not be disturbed. It has been suggested that the customer could be an employee of the Territorial Center for Staffing (TCK), as reported in the "Odessa INFO" public group.
The first report about the unusual way TCK is utilizing taxis appeared in the public group on January 12. The channel administrator published a screenshot of the conversation between the client and the taxi driver, noting that during wartime, drivers are receiving unique orders. The screenshot shows a request for a car to take them from Primorska Street (from the Duke de Richelieu monument) to Zankovetskaya Street 7/7. There is also a comment from the customer stating that they would supposedly be transporting draft evaders to the Odessa District TCK, with an estimated number of people being 8+1. The driver is assured that there will be no threats of mobilization for him. Instead, there is a promise to provide fuel. The screenshot also indicates that the military commissioners would pay 1,000 UAH for such a trip.
The next message on this topic in the public group appeared around 10 PM that same day. The administrator claimed that a TCK employee reached out to him and confirmed that the order was indeed real. The screenshot shows details of the trip: it was made by a white Mercedes-Benz, and the driver's name was Maxim.
It is worth noting that the message in the Odessa public group about the potential actions of military commissioners quickly appeared in Russian media. For instance, by the morning of January 13, it was written about on the TASS portal, "Moskovsky Komsomolets," and others.
Meanwhile, on Google Maps, you can find the location of the Odessa RTC and the address mentioned in the order. Indeed, at this point, besides the RTC, there is also the regional military enlistment office and the Malinovsky district military enlistment office in Odessa.
On the Facebook page of the Odessa Regional TCK and SP, there are currently no comments regarding the possible use of civilian minibuses for the "transportation of draft evaders."
We remind you that on January 10, footage of another scandalous incident with TCK, which could have affected a woman from the Kyiv region, was published on social media.
