The number of fatalities and injuries resulting from the strike by Russians on Zaporizhzhia has increased. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
As a result of the airstrike on Zaporizhzhia, the death toll has risen to 10. Additionally, 22 individuals were injured, among them three children—a four-month-old infant, and children aged 4 and 11.
According to the agency, on Friday evening, December 6, the occupiers launched two strikes on the territory of the regional center and surrounding area.
The first strike hit a residential area of the city, resulting in the destruction of a service station and damage to nearby residential buildings and shops.
The second strike targeted an open area in the Zaporizhzhia region.
The police clarified that the Russians struck the city with a FAB-250 from UMPK. Currently, law enforcement officials are conducting necessary measures to identify the bodies of the deceased.
As reported by the State Emergency Service, firefighters extinguished a fire in the service station covering an area of 250 sq.m, as well as a fire involving six cars over an area of 30 sq.m.
